  1. That too I tore the muscles and tendons in my thigh from that, as well as have blood clots, so I'm taking it easy for now. I don't think I'll be ready for 94.7
  2. No rest (or sleep) for the wicked new job... Ridiculous hours but loving it and learning lots
  3. Hi guys, Some guys have expressed interest in organising another group ride... With beers this time! Who's keen and when? Any suggestions? It's a busy calander until the end of the year. Early december? How about groenies and fountains combined? Could be fun
  4. What?! That beard rocked.
  5. At least she stripped off. I've had mooi river guts before from canoeing... I don't wish that on my worst enemy
  6. When I first saw the title, I thought it said "Set to lose TDF titties". That would be a shame... those TDF ladies are hot
  7. Ja I remember you telling me that story during our Spruit ride. Had a good chuckle. Shame man!
  8. You've had experience hey? Didn't the girlfriend end up in ***? And my two cents on this topic: Stop whining like a little girl if someone wants to ride hard on the spruit. If some dude wants to ride slow then fine, but as long as they keep left and all that, then I see no problem with it.
  9. Sounds lekker - Just need to find a team mate for next year. You coming to the next trailseeker?
  10. I will do!
  11. Sounds like you guys had an absolute blast! I'm in for next year
  12. That chick is really not that great. Patches! That's an awesome photoshop bud
  13. I enjoyed it.. Found it very refreshing. It's not going to win an oscar for the story / performances... but it's a cool movie. Worth watching
  14. Raleigh are not good entry level bikes. Trust me I'm trying to fix an entry level raleigh makro special. Stick with the stride 10, you won't be sorry for a starter.
  15. I've got a stride 10 - good starter bike imho. Unless you know what you doing, you could buy a dud second hand bike. With the stride 10, it'll give you a chance to see whether you're into mtb. It's not amazing but it's a good starter.
  16. What a bunch of girls... Karma, you're more of a lady boy. Jokes, am most likely to miss this one. My knee is still gimpy and if it carries on, I'll have to miss the 10km run next weekend
  17. Right... next to the NBC sign. Done.
  18. It's easy to find... it's on a building, there are people below and around it... opposite another building. Very easy to find
  19. Lets meet at the same place as last. Haley, do you remember the sign's name?
  20. I should be... Going to try out the swollen knee tonight and see how it handles.
  21. VG was hectically muddy. Got mud up my nose, mouth, ears... it pissed with rain just before the start. So muddy in fact, my gears jammed at one stage... but was great fun nevertheless. Ja, sorry man I neglected my duties and dropped the torch. Divernick looked quite bummed that he was not going to have his shot of goodness. Cool man, glad you enjoyed it
  22. http://www.totalindex.co.za/outback2012/outback.php
  23. Was cool thanks, enjoyed the ride. Apart from hitting a cow the ride was great. No bottlenecks, some good single track. I do need to get some slime and tubes... getting over the punctures. Your presence was missed at VG! How was your race? Muddy I believe
  24. Worth a shot Promises of technical etc. Not too sure about that. Could gun it through there in the morning...
  25. Anyone interested in doing the Totalindex outback MTB 50km in Villiers? Bit of a mission of a trip... but looks quite cool. A WHOLE sheep if you come first!
