no, its not that hectic, well i think we did yellow or something, cant remember, and yes some of the things were too technical for me, but i walked it...dint lose a tooth or a leg....lol

If i start doing that I wont stop taking leave and no work will get done....lol

dont worry Slick...if its a Saturday morning I cant join anyway, so don't be too concerned....hahaha but i've riden KK once before with my cousin, needless to say, walked all technical bits....lol

Okay, I think next weekend we need to do a thread for each day's ride, and if there is two rides on a day, two separate threads.....this is getting to complicated for this old tannie...hahahaha

What!!!?? Dude, all of you were sprinting according to me!! I was even riding as fast as i possibly could.....lol

We should go back and find my lung and your knee...bwahahaha.... shame man, hope your knee feels better before 1 Sept! maybe you just over-trained it yesterday, what about a day's rest then go to doc? well, with half a lung left i realised i have A LOT of work still to be done before 94.7 and I'm already wondering what i have let myself in for! I'm not sure entering the 94.7 was the best decision I've ever made in my life...lol...I checked out the route and it looks scary!! A lot of hill training coming up soon for me!!

I ride with contact lenses and haven't had a problem yet!

thanx i think i need to go back and find my lungs....must have lost them somewhere along the way.... lol

I have learnt alot from these peeps...but....can we please just let my lungs recover before we plan the next one.....lol
