wow, this is a mouthfull...but ok...lol... i live in honeydew, but do the spinning classes during my lunch time at the Sandton VA.... I dont have a bike yet, so just using the cycling shoes for spinning at the moment...

Um, i actually did 2x spinning classes with mtb shoes, and got stuck both times, didnt do much for my confidence as i am too scared to try the shoes again....i look like an idiot getting stuck everytime
