I am down in Cape Town touring away the hours waiting to be back in Joburg (yeah I know it sounds weird but then again that is where I get to go cycling and flying) Sheesh first post in a while. This sounds pretty interesting and am very keen to join in an early morning ride. My second option though is welcoming in the new year at 9-10 000 feet now THAT will be a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG sun rise =)

Ok I am going to have to pull out of this ride as I am going to be busy with flying over the weekend. Need to get my hand in again

All of last week I made bookings to go flying but had no chance to fly. This week I am trying to make bookings to fly but no chance to fly as the school is booked out.

Nothing happened there but damn I got some sore ribs, bruises on my knees, graze on my back and I think I may have refractured my right arm it could just be a bit aggravated rather than being fractured again. But hey I learnt my lesson =)

Thanks for the ride. It was an experience to ride those trails at dusk as apposed to day light. I did however learn one thing: dont follow the guy in front of me if I dont know the trail
