I live by two mottos. 1. what does not kill you can only make you stronger 2. Failure is not fatal, success is not final, it is the courage to continue that counts. Yeah I know I did not do that root garden again but at least I got back on the bike and continued the ride rather than quitting and going back to the car. Oh and if I did crack a rib or two I don't think I will be able to find out as there are no funds available in the medical aid

I know. That is why I put it out there. Ouchies either I pushed it too hard yesterday or that root garden did more damage than what I thought originally. Ribs are in constant pain, bruises all over the place, a couple blood blisters, can barely eat or drink anything due to the sore tooth (trip to dentist me finks), and the list goes on

FALA 122200Z VRB04KT CAVOK 12/12 Q1026= Meaning that at midnight the wind was variable direction at a speed of 4 knots, visibility is 10km or more with the lowest cloud base being higher than 5000 ft and no significant weather (CAVOK), Temperature is 12 deg C as is the Dewpoint, QNH no need to worry bout that that is just for altimeter setting If this weather holds out then we should have a pretty decent ride later. I CANT WAIT =)

I go up and down the spruit the climb through alberts farm and up northcliff hill. I have not done the northcliff hill climb in a while so I need to do that again sometime.

I think we might have to split this into 2 groups at some point. *Off topic* I was soooooo looking forward to my cycle this morning and then waking up to the lightning and thunder I was kinda peeved about that. But now it is turning into a beautiful day so I am going to move my cycle to this after noon YAY!!!!!!!!!!

We have a fish tank and everytime I feed the fish I have to feed the darned cat as well. So we just call her the 4 legged fish
