Hi. I want to by a affordable Gravel Bike, for two reasons. To use on a bike trainer mostly, but also to take outside on some dirt every now and then. I saw the new Raleigh Terra gravel bike at Makro, and it looks intriguing…especially at R6999.00. Please any thoughts

Two safe parks really. So Rietvlei Farms and Thaba Trails just don't exist or aren't they safe because they have signed on with tracker. I ride there and I feel just as safe as I feel at Modderfontein and Avianto.

I used a nasal cleansing spray like Sterimar, and a good mucolytic, can't say which one as I work for the company, to keep the mucus thin and clear. Secondly I make sure I use a good multivitamin, Biogens one is great, and a good immune modulator, EchinaForce, is still the best. And what ever you do, never stop a runny nose, you might just trap an infection with the mucus.
