  1. you mean to tell me you cant do that chute?....you should try it man youll be so proud of yourself...normally when im gauging whether i can do something or not i try do it first by foot. by running down the chute and making sure i can stop before any obstacles i know it will be possible to stop on a bicycle...this technique also works very well for me and jumps if i can run and jump it by foot i can most of the time do it on my bicycle i have come front wheel short once or twice using this method as im a quite well proclaimed at jumping on foot.
  2. pretty dang sure i have ridden a 140mm-150mm trail bike but thats irrelevant because i could probly outride you on any bike.
  3. well i think the first slight flaw im able to pick up is the fact you ride into things expecting your bike to go over them i normally associate such manouvers with people that lack skill greatly. to a large extent skill is non existant. 29ers are great for rolling over small opstacles with ease but soon as a slightly bigger obstacle presents itself skill needs to be applied in appropriate amounts.
  4. i ride everything on my 29er, i used to ride district roads when i was a beginger but i got bored with that i now ride everything ranging from fast downhills to riding up the most technical of trails such as the emmerentia tree line nothing gives me more of a thrill than riding up the emmerentia tree line. on a day when im feeling confident ill ride it downwards i find it to be a wonderful trail as ive noticed my skill levels grow in leaps and bounds.
  5. firstly, you thought of this thread as being attention seeking and you still proceed to comment....is that not feeding the soo called "attention seeking thread" and slightly hypocritical?....secondly,the aim of this thread is not to seek attention it is to be provided with an answer to a simple question that proved too complicated for you to answer.
  6. your display picture is affending to many people who have had good service at cajees...they have offered me nothing but the best advice on which bike to buy.
  7. personally i also think riding a 29er is faaar more extreme because you are higher off the ground when you fall thus more dangerous.
  8. yinne i aggree hey it will make your man tool shrink like a dick in the arctic ocean.
