  3. i was just thinking.... doesn't the weight on your wheels make more difference than just tyre levers etc, cause you not just carrying them along, you actually turning them and getting momentum going? kinda like a flywheel?
  4. i have been using them for about 3-4 months, haven't had a single puncture. they are heavy though
  5. it all goes back to MYOB.
  6. i think they should have a slightly cheaper digital option, they would make less profit per pic, but at the moment i am not even buying them so it would be better than nothing:)
  7. the wheel would have to be under a lot of strain to break off, maybe the built up energy propelled the wheel forward as it snapped off! hope this helps you sleep better:)

  13. it doesn't seem to be the chain and my cassette is in good nick... would it maybe be the freewheel thingy? i really have no idea cause i am relatively new to mtb's and have never stripped one before... oh and where is the best place to get all these special tools that bikes need?
  14. my rear cassette sometimes skips a tooth or something every now and again, makes a big CLACK sound! wtf. i have never taken one apart so don't know whats cracking inside there:) and do i need that special LBS tool to get in or what?

  20. haha, i just thought that their should'nt have been a buildup on goodie bags, i remember hearing somewhere that there was big sponsorship and the packs had almost 300 bucks worth of sponsored goodies and then there was nothing! so anyway i am over it, just thought i would see if anyone else felt the same... and if they put the profits back into cycling then big up to them
  21. Hey Joe, on the right foot again:) you must be making the biggest effort in amashova history if you are coming from bahrain!
  22. i'm sorry i am not hardcore like everyone else replying to this forum,(not you cosmo or cory). i have never done amashova before and with it being a big event and all i took a 40km drive down to durbs to collect my race pack! and was not overly excited about the fact that they could have just faxed me my race no... anyway dissapointment over now and i am really looking forward to the race!
  23. i was so dissapointed yesterday when i got my amashova (goodie pack) was looking forward to a magazine some chocholates:) or Gu, etc. etc. all i found was a number board (printed on normal paper two)bodywash samples and bubblebath samples!
