My Boy is Almost walking so holding his head up isn't a problem

My wife Runs A Few Times a week And Leaves me Behind to push the pram which can get a bit boring at least this way my son and myself can be riding next to mum But I want him to be safe hence why I want the Helmet He'll be Nicely strapped in but this way we get to be with mum the whole time Plus I get some much needed Exercise

HI All Not Sure If the Right Section to Post this But Does anybody know where I can Buy a Baby Bike Helmet Have trolled through the Internet but all the small helmets are for kids 2-3 (45cm +) My Boy is 8 months But already Very strong stands etc I have the Thule Ride Along Mini But want my Boy to be Safe I'm not doing any Serious Riding with him Just a few times a week on the Beach front Thanks

Hi All Have recently had a few set backs to my mountain bike riding A broken foot and a whole load of other injury's stopped me Riding Was About to get back on the Saddle when I had my Garage Broken Into And My Bikes stolen I couldn't afford to replace my Momsen 29" Hardtail so did a bit of shopping for a 2nd hand bike and have found and bought a 2012 BMC speedfox sf2 26" D/S Now some might wonder why I bought a 26" I found my old 26" bike alot more fun on the downhill single track sections than my 29" and I got the Bike for a good Price Now to the Main question I want to have a set of road and mtb tires but I don't want to keep changing the tires on the rims I want to just change the whole wheel so I can have them both Tubeless Whats the Best rim/ tire combo ? want to spend around R2500 what will I need to just be able to swap them over in 2 mins flat ? can I buy the sproket ? etc if so where do I go Based In Durban But I do like to shop Online planning on doing the Amashova Thanks

I Put a Momsen Carbon Handle bar on my bike seems to be great, done a few hard rides with it and it seems perfectly strong enough. then again (touch wood) I try not to fall off my bike

That's exactly what I meant , so it wasn't a once off it cut out 3 or 4 times on the ride

No the first time I noticed it was in the open , the race didn't have a lot of covered area , when I connected it to Garmin connect the GPS dropped out 3 or 4 times

Thanks , the nutritionist recommended the usn recover max also so might try it first. And go from there if that doesn't work , good to know there are plenty of options

Where can I get a 2012 momsen race jersey ? I've emailed the momsen website to ask but no reply Thought someone might be able to point me in right direction

Has anyone used the recovery shakes after a race or a heavy gym session ? I saw a nutritionist today and she reccommended these rather than whey protein shakes ? Wondered does anyone have any experience ?
