Thanks guys for the input. I had the FR 70 before it packed up. Have Garmin bike mount with HRM strap before so I could see speed/distance and heart rate. Not worried really about speed anymore. Takealot has the 55 R2999 at the moment. Thanks and happy new year

Hi guys. Looking at getting a sports/smart watch. I mainly mountain bike and do some running. All I need is notifications while out biking and music controls. Does the watch show speed, distance and heart rate while riding. Is this a good option or is the there better options? Thanks

Bought a cheapie off takealot to give a hip pack ago as I too sweat too much. I must say the one I bought has loads of room. Was happy the way it felt. Will be looking for smaller one.

Problem is It's 40mm most affordable sets only do to 30mm

Can anyone advise me on how to remove the floating pivot bearing from housing. Is it a straight through that can be pushed through or does it have ridge for seating bearing.
