  1. I use the term 'trade' loosely.
  2. So I am dabbling with the idea of trading my hardtail in for a full suspention bike, and Cycle Lab just happens to be running a special on a Volcan FS29 XT - full carbon duel suspention. R33k. See full specs below; http://www.volcanbikes.com/bikes.html Seems like a great deal, but the thing is I can't find much information about the brand. They claim to be a Swiss brand, but their website is so dodge, and there is literally nothing about them on the interwebs. Does anyone know more about Volcan? Or this bike in particular? Your thoughts will be much appreciated. Vincent

  4. I'm pretty useless when it comes to fixing thing on my MTB - probably because im terrified that I cock something up. So I innevitably end up taking my bike in for silly things and pricey services. My question is; has anyone done one of these courses? And was it helpful i.e does it leave you with all the knowledge you need to maintain your bike yourself? Thanks.
  5. My new years resolution was to enter at least one stage race this year. The Berg and Bush was an obvious choice, until I saw the entry fee. It's R6800 per team. Does anyone know why it is so expensive?
  6. This was my first Argus, and I was blown away (not only by the gale force wind) by how extremely well organised the event was. I made sure I read the material that I was sent, and found it easy to get to my gate in time. My only gripe is that the beer tent closed too early.
  7. I've had my XTC 0 for a few months now and I'm loving it. By far the lightest alloy bike I looked at including full XT spec (bar the brakes Elixir 7 that squeel a little). Two thumbs up.
