Has anyone got any comments on the novatec R3 wheels, trying to decide between new Novatecs or new zipp 303 but 2009 model?? Any feedback would be appreciated

Sorry forgot to mention for my road Bike, its a Fugi. I want carbon as the rest of my bike is carbon but currently have alloy bars. i am 1.68m tall.

Hi Guys! I need some advice. I would like to but some carbon handlebars - But have no idea where to even start ( being a girl and all ) do you have any advise in terms of brand, weight, reach and size? any help would be apprecaited.
