  10. When the wheel is out, put in a spacer, that little bit of forward movement won't make any difference. The only real benefit is to protect the lever in a crash.

    Help!?

Spud I am a lazy rider, half the time my legs beg me to speed up
  18. We are meant to walk and run , but we aren't meant to ride bikes If you have even a moderate arch you would need to support them and staighten out your riding position. Everytime your foot comes in for the downstroke you arch looks for support, the natural thing to do is tilt inwards, which pushes your knee towards the frame, look at your leg the next time you ride. This can give you an imbalance in the workings of your quads, ie: a quad muscle that can get overworked and become tight which then aggravates the problem and adding to this the increasing of your mileage possibly. I could also be wrong.
  19. Ask my partner from my first Sabie-X what a feast we had on the bike
  20. Astana It looks like the ITB area judging by these picks. If that is the case, it could be a tight hip flexor or a tight or stiff quad. How pronounced are your arches ?
  21. Water, water, water and then a bit of froot cake.

    Help!?

  23. Sunlight and warm water, rinse with a gentle hose, use parrafin with a paint brush on the chain and cassette, petrol cleans too agressively. Polish the bike afterwards with Mr. Min.
