    Help!?

If your inseam is around 82 cm. + then I would also vote the 56. As Samma said not just one shop but two.

    Help!?

To be honest it is not that easy to answer. How old are you Speedi , who knows you might grow into a 60, no one knows. My advice is to see a good bike shop and they will give you a hands on approach with good advice.

    Help!?

Sis Kent I was actually quite serious, but I have to agree, it could turn out quite comical

    Help!?

Speedi The most important thing to know about the correct size is what you feel like on the bike, regardless of how high your saddle might look or how low it might look. The saddle height correctness is important as this is the business side of a bike. The rest are for comfort. If you have very pronounced scapula's or weak muscle around that area then top tube length is critical. Get this wrong and you will be riding with servere neck pain.crudmonkey2008-09-21 11:45:57

    Help!?

Do you have long arms and quite a long upper body ?
  7. Not to try and hijack this thread, I should be riding my new plastic baby by the weekend, it all depends how quick the guys take to do the build over
  8. Chris King do make intergrated headsets. Very expensive though. Get a Cane Creek. If it's a Specialized then the local agents will have a headset for you .
  9. Huh, never saw that as a possibilty, now you have me thinking
  10. I use the KCNC ones in my XTR wheelset. They look pimp, they are superlight and they hold your wheel like a hook in the mouth of a hungry fish.
  11. You could aslo try the Specialized Armadillo's.
  12. It was great, had an excellent time, hooked up with some old friends Warren , good show and well done, thanks marshalls and Sammajoor, I will be back for another one
  13. I don't know of any new Sram MTB products except for their new suspension forks and some brakes. As for Sram vs Shimano to me it's a personal choice, Sram work on a 1:1 ratio and Shimano on a 2:1, the new Shimano shifters have been improved quite heavily though. I have Shimano XTR on my MTB's and Sram Red on my roadbike. The RED is a sublime groupset to say the least.
  14. I will see you if I can get away from my bass traps
  15. Often people think they have a leg lenght discrepancy and often this is not the case. If you have ever done a 3D Body Geometry fit you would know if this was the case and this would also tell you if the discrepancy is femoral or tibial. My guess would be arch support, followed by a stronger and weaker quad muscle and depending on the severity of the pain....rest.crudmonkey2008-09-05 11:01:26
  16. I think I should be okay
