If someone recognises this guy please help him in explaining why he needs a helmet when cycling. This is the second time we have seen him cycling without a helmet in Groenkloof. He was cycling with his family. If you want to cycle in GroenKloof and do not own a helmet or have forgotten yours at home please remember they do rent helmets there.

If you follow the directional arrows that will be at up on most trails then who ever is following the correct direction has right of way.

I had no problems doing 2x9. I used Deore Cranks, just removed the 22 and kept the 32 and 44. Using it with XO grip shift, just had to adjust the H and L screws.

I am glad I am not the only one was 15th at Magoebas and got 60. What formula are thy using to calculate the seeding?

Hi I have been looking for Wasp energy gels in PTA but it looks like nobody stock it. According the WASP website the only stockist in PTA is Discem but the 2 I went to only have USN products.

Thy changed it because a lot of people where slipping in by the gate.

Depends on how long the tear is. I am very hard on tires and tear them on a regular basis. I just patch them up from the inside using a normal patch you use to seal your tube, I normally use a black patch I get at my LBS. R1 per patch. Lot cheaper then replacing my RaceKings every time i tear it. What I do is clean the tire so that there is no sealant where you are doing the repair. Wait for it to dry properly, an hour in the sun should be ok. Patch it and then ( i know some will not like it) burn the patch for a couple of seconds. Put tire and sealant back. Never had a problem so far repairing it like that. But his all depends on the length of the tear.
