  1. Trust me I won't. I have thought about it long and hard.
  2. Sorry I forgot to mention It is in Cape Town. Overlooking a river. Not far from a mall. Its a prime area, large houses, quiet, very low crime rate - part of my initial attraction to it. Its no way near Free State
  3. You see the problem is I'm at the age when I need the money for more important things like my studies. Thats why I'm selling. Thanks I'll try privateproperty.co.za.
  4. Hi Hubbers, I have a property that I want to sell in Rouxville near Soneke Mall, large stand nearly 700 m2. I have tried to give it to estate agents but they insist on a high price over R500 000. The area is very nice up market area. I want R410 000. Well below what the agents insist on asking. Turns out I am still young and I need the bond payments to pay for my studies (higher education costs a bundle ), I'm not ready to build a house and settle. I bought about 2-3 years ago. If you guys can please spread the word. Then maybe someone who wants to build a house can buy it. I would be very grateful. I'm sorry for using the Hub for such a topic - I just don't know how else to spread the word. Thanks
  5. I saw it now, hope its not too late done
  6. The problem is "how much?" How much are you eating better by? how much are you training harder? how much alcohol are you taking? Give up all alcohol, aim to eat <1500 Cal and exercise and burn =>1500 Cal a day. That means your body with be forced to burn stored fat = 2500 Cal as your net intake is = 0 Cal. You will lose weight The thing many people miss is that when you very heavy it is easier to lose weight then when you lighter. So for a 200kg man to lose 1kg is far easier than a 60kg man! Think about it!
  7. Point to notice is wanting a new frame is good only if will have advantages over your current frame. If it is made of the same material and weights roughly the same you have not gained in actual performance when you out on the road! If you keep the frame for R10k you cna easily go to Ultegra
  8. Another thought - If the new bikes you are looking at fall in the same price range sas youre existing bike - why not take the R10k you willing to spend and spend it on parts and components. get a new wheelset expensive one like mavic upgrade derailleurs and crankset and cassette upgrade pedals Once you have done these you will have a new bike that will be worth far much more than a complete new bike for R10k.
  9. If I may ask what is the current value of your current GT Series 3 and what are the specs?- groupset is it 105 or SRAM Rival? Alu frame or Carbon?
