think I will take my oryx caravan rather than tent and listen to next door snoring...

I've heard the clibs are tuff.. My partner slow with the climbs but fast with the downhills. might just work very well then

not sure that I like XC..dont like the very tecnical stuff. Had a huge accident. with bike still recovering from it. . So I am so scared for tec downhills. maybe I should think about this....

will also be my first stage race. Bit scared for the technical downhills....but will make up with the climbs.

think I will just get the maxxis crossmark lust ust tyres again.. they are a bit heavier but at least I know they last and have grip.they were on my previous bike never any problems. they are at cw R450 per tyre. the ones I have now also maxxis crossmark but not tubeless tyres only sealant. struggling with sidewall cuts?

I have stans no tubes ZTR crest Rims . Will they work on these?

hi, think it will be more dry rocky conditions(big rokcs). but there can be mud as well. Steapy rocky downhills. at the moment I have maxxis crosmark only sealant tyres. thought they were tubeless tyres but not. get so easy punctures especially sidewalls. need something that stick around the corners. vredestein then sounds good. the UST maxxis ei a lot extra weight

anyone know how the sani2c is working. again the waiting list? cause then it is not even worth a try. I have been forever on the waiting list.

forgot to tell rolling over foam rollers also helps alot for bursitus. good luck.

HI THERE Also had a hip problem for 1.5 years they thought it was bursitus but eventually after mri scan found out it was thorned labrum. What helped for me was cortisone injection in the bursa - dont know how good this is but a sport dr in pretoria that is very good gave me this. took the pain for 3 months away.as well as strenghening of the glutes muscles as well as the lower core muscles. also a anti inflamatory meds like arcoxia 120 mg for 1 week will help. send me message if you want to some more info.
