I'd love to restore it. Just a bit tight with time and money, mostly time. Is it wise to strip the paint and have it re-sprayed? The right side of the handlebar is bent on the curve, not sure how I will get that dent out.

I think that you are just used to it. I used to think Joburg was bad compared to Pta, but after some time you get used to it then it feels the same, each has its crazy areas/times.
