Yup. Spin down seem to work well. The minute I start any training ride the resistance builds up a lot. In the Wahoo app and Zwift I have tried changing the difficulty setting but it doesn't help. Can it be a hardware issue?

Peyper should have known that our chances to draw a French ref for the semi would be good. Garces is already a bias ref in my eyes. Now add the insult of this photo in the press of the SA ref that red carded a French player that surly cost them the game.

ROT are more effective towards people in sales. Companies try to protect their client base and thus easier to enforce. The big issue to remember is the financial impact. Some insurers have certain agreements between each other on % settlement based on what happened. This is basically to avoid unnecessary legal cost. They are obviously trying their luck with you on the same basis. Just explain to them that you had no time to react and demand a better settlement. Also put pressure on the other party directly. Be a nuisance. If he start to argue for a better settlement as well they might budge.

The way they apply the rule is more reason not to kick the ball unless you intend to kick it out. You just cannot contest the high ball without risking being sent off.
