Thanks rock, Typo error on my part. Its a 622-23 tyre and according to the article it does match a 700c rim. Bugger, it took me 20 minutes to change a tube. Dont want that in the Argus !!!

I have a 633-23 vredestein tyre and tube on a 700c rim. Tried changing tubes last night and it was an absolute mission to get the tyre off and back on again. Is this a mismatch ?

Thanks for info guys. Relieved to hear that it is a common phenomenon and not just my groupset. I currently have a 1070 cassette on. Waiting for my SRAM red 28-11 cassette to be posted to me. SO i guess i should prepare myself for even more noise. Will just have to turn up the volume on the ipod then

Hey guys, I just got me the SRAM red groupset. Takes some getting used to but love it already. Only beef i got with it is the zinging sound that seems to come off the ceramic bearing pulleys. Is this normal ?

I highly recomend allen carr's book " the easy way to stop smoking". It works on the psychology behind why we smoke and he somehow manages to reset your mind to that of a non smoker. Give it a try. Much easier than the willpower method.

Hey there hubbers I get pins and needles in my left foot after about 25k's on the bike. Then turns into numbness. I basically just ride the rest of the way with that annoying feeling. Been going on for last 2 months. Had my cleats adjusted and it helped a bit. Get relief if i stand up off the seat however. Thinking of changing the seat, but to what ? Or maybe changing my spd pedals for road pedals or even changing my shoes ? Any ideas ?
