You would not hold anyone back...least of all me! My downhill/singletrack skills are gr8, it's the uphill skills that I lack(could be fitness related ) If you are interested, I will be riding through Rondebosch Common at around 07h00 on Sat 18th, heading toward Alma road.

Gr8. Will call you. I am on leave from 8th to 15th so will be able to ride during the week as well. Unfortunately, after that it will be back to the trainer during the week, and only ride up to Rhodes on Saturday Mornings, sometimes Sundays too.

Hi Droo I ride from Rondebosch, through the common, past UCT to Main Gate of Rhodes Memorial. Then onto contour path above Memorial etc. Same way back. MTB. Regards D
