Ladies winner Kathryn Cronje

Was tough. Mens winner Zander Berg and not sure of the ladies. Results on www.spectrumsport.co.za. It was a well organized race (apart from the 1 marshal on the bike leg). Water points was great, good route. I suffered on the run but I can mark that down to fitness. Well represented yes, think there were about 300 participants.

Hi, I participated in the Half Iron Man yesterday in Vanderbijl and on the bike leg a cyclist was hit by a car (yes in the race). Are there any hubbers who know what happend or if the guy is OK? I passed just after the accident and there were bike and car parts all over. many people stopped and was surrounding the cyclist.

I had the same, bike was in today. They greased the pedals, clicking sound gone. The BB was serviced and the noise was still there.

Hi Nacy Sounds like a good idea. Have done it when it was part of the Cradle Quest and it was hard but lekker! Also preparing for Sabie Experience.
