  1. I've updated my flash player and java, still nothing. I know its got something to do with my laptop as when I view it from another computer everything loads fine
  2. It is rubbish but I need to load data on there for medical aid purposes Strava is obviously my first choice
  3. I recently bought a Garmin Edge 510 (love the thing), the problem is that when loading a ride onto garmin connect none of the graphs load. All the info on the left tab (speed, heart rate, cadence, etc) loads but no graphs. When I upload the rides onto strava on the other hand, the graphs and GPS route are there Does anyone know how I can correct this? Thanks
  4. DM me with the details
  5. I'm looking at upgrading to a GPS enabled cycling computer for my mtb endeavors. I've narrowed my choices down to the edge 510 and 800. I'd just like some input from people who have used either or even both, which would they recommend?
  6. Makes sense, thanks for the explanation
  7. Its better than feeling like a tool when you ride your knobblies on the tar
  8. What i'd like to know is, is this a defect or a characteristic of the shock? The guys in the shop didn't seem to have much knowledge and were more keen on making the sale
  9. It a solo air so no real "adjustment" other than it being pumped up to the correct pressure for my weight. I'm 80kg's so that was the higher end of the pressure scale. Should prob go compare it to others in the shop, just know my dads merida when locked out is rock solid
  10. When I lock my RockShox XC32 I still have a slight bit of bounce if I put downward pressure on the fork. The bike was bought brand new in the shop and the guy said that is normal. Its just concerning as every other suspension with lockout that i've come across (all were cheapies thought) had absolutely no bounce once locked. So is this normal?
  11. I did my first Burger Mtb challenge this year and thoroughly enjoyed the 42km route, whats the chances i'm going to be disappointed if that's the crowd size, technicality (steped up a bit would be better though) and vibe I enjoy?
  12. Serious? Well that disappointing!
  13. Thanks DJR @Surv0MTB i did read something about one of the sections being ridden in reverse to alleviate some bottleneck. Not entirely sure as this will be my first time riding it
  14. Thanks man Will start hitting the site closer to the time. Def dont wanna miss out
  15. Does anyone know when entries to the mtb challenge open? I tried searching the net but to no luck or even a reference to last years entry date.
  16. Now you tell me
  17. Tell me about it. I try not to think of the amount of money I've spent, just over the past month, on mtb'ing. But by your guys responses it doesn't sound unreasonable. My bank account is going to hate me
  18. Just wondering on average how long should your knobbly tyres be lasting if you are only riding offroad? Ridden my Schwalbe Rocket Ron's for about 200km and already noticing a reduction on the back tread
  19. You cycle 362km a few times and on the day you cruise knowing you have to do 1km less No, i have no clue but flip that sounds intense all the best with the ride
  20. The Ryder light was repackaged by CWCycles and I can't seem to find this CE sticker. I'm kind of in two minds as to whether to return it or keep it. I got it at a great price but it is a bit limiting when it comes to those early morning/ night rides. @braailegend just to clear up, my computer is wireless so there is no chance of wires cross per-say but I kept the power supply cable out of the direct line of the transponder and the computer and found the problem still persisted
  21. Ok cool, thanks guys....sounds like trial and error it is
  22. I haven't taken the light physically off and tried to force it, but when i see the computer has lost signal, if i then switch the light off, signal restores itself almost immediately every time.
  23. I've recently bought a new Ryder 1200 lumen front mounted light (with a battery pack) I initially gave it a test and all seemed well, however, recently I have noticed that when the light is on my computer (Blackburn 6.0) intermittently loses signal. I have tried mounting the computer in line with the transponders and the light on the other side of the handle bars, but to no avail. I would just like to know if there is anything I could do to contain the electromagnet field around my light cables which I assume is causing this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  24. Thanks for the help, will get it done
  25. It's the standard syncros XR 2.0 that come with the scotts
