Sho, I am having the exact same experience. Bought items online from them on the 14th of January. Same email, some stock will come from Cape Town, Boksburg and some from Pretoria. I received the Boksburg portion a few days later but being told that a lock is not in stock and supplier will only have stock beginning Feb. Pretoria is telling me I have to pay in on a bag I ordered and paid for as the price on their website was wrong. I declined and advised that they advertised it at that price (thus the reason for the purchase) and that they will need to sort it out. Then got told supplier only has stock end of Jan and never heard back from the Pretoria branch. Not sure how you put items up for sale, are happy to take our money and then just give us not proper communication (I had to initiate comms everytime) and proceed to tell us you don't have stock? My amazon order from the US was delivered 4 days after purchase. I have always been an advocate for supporting local businesses but the service has been quite laughable. I'm still waiting for my stuff going on 2 weeks this Sunday. CL won't see my business again. I feel your pain JJDT.

Just saw this on our crime group. I also ride there, sigh guess it's on the indoor trainer or bike parks from now on. Glad the rider is safe and not harmed.

Received the warranty kit about 30 minutes ago and fitted the new kit. Really great service and BOA customer for life now

Used to love the Hansom's. Especially the white/pink/blue (with smoke texture) frames. Think Malcolm Lange still rode one. Remember a pic in Tri-Cycle or something that showed him on that Hansom.

That is sad indeed I also always stop and ask if someone needs assistance. Cyclist or biker. It's time that we as South Africans get our heads out of our backsides and help our fellow South Africans in need and stop looking the other way.

Hi guys My best friend and previous riding buddy moved down to Bellville and I've been training on my own which feels unsafe all the time. Are there any MTB riders in the Glen Marais, Kempton Park area that train in the afternoons? I picked up cycling again and still a bit new to the MTB thing.

I've been reading and lurking on these forums for quite some time and firstly would like to thank all the Hubbers for the great advice they provide to the community. I was looking for a Gopro handlebar mount and a search on this forum pointed me to Xtreme Industries. I went to their site, added the mount and a long aluminium knob to the cart. Placed and paid my order. 5 minutes later someone (can't recall your name, apologies for that) phoned me from Xtreme Industries and advised that the colour of the knob I wanted was out of stock and we arranged for another colour. Now most shops would have placed the order on back order without letting you know. Big kudos for that. This morning I received my goodies and want to recommend them if you are looking to purchase anything that they might stock. Very happy customer here and great service guys! Now to test the mount
