Well. Atleast with the Gau train they got top people from around the world working on it. CT construction is just so slow in general. I would crazy if i had to drive to cape town everyday for work.

What the hell is up with the traffic in CT. I dont go there often but hell. 10:30 am should be normal. Nothing moving on the M5 and the N2 close to hospital bend is really mal! And then people drive like idiots too. ok .................woo sa..............

Hanco and Arran did my setup too. also felt realy weird but now it is so much better. Cadence inproved so much and no more back and knee pain. its amazing how much differance a little adjustment makes. Cycle fit is definately good. They way i understand it itslike cycle lab but just a bit fine tuned. I am starting cycle fit for Arran hopefully in the new year. Just waiting for some stuff so if anybody interrested they can pm me so long. Well also do a personalized setup where i will go to ur house if there is more than 3 people.

There is so many that he has done now. This one was on the middel contour if you ride right to end on the left hand side of the valley. You reach the dead end and then the track start right in front of you.

I came down meurants single track a while ago from the look out point. Just as i was coming into the forest area there was nice big puffy lying up the track. luckily i spotted it. I was going pretty fast at that point. In the braking process i started to do a very cool front wheel manual untill i realised i am still not going to make it. Somehow i managed to go of the track plumeting down a mountain and jumping into a tree. Only to find my mate coming from behind see a dismounted bike and "wit geskrikte" cyclist haning in a tree.....
