I am searching for a Garmin/Wahoo insert that someone might have laying around.

I'm searching for a group of riders to join for training rides (during the week as well as weekends) from 23 Nov to 4 Dec. If there is any anyone in the Midstream area I can join, that would be great ? Unfortunately only have my road bike with me.

I'm a student living in Hatfield area and I'm searching mainly for a club to join for group rides over the weekend. Mostly road cycling but MTB as well. Group rides staring relatively close to Hatfield would be ideal as shorter distances have to be traveled by car. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'll be in Dias beach from the 2nd of January, not training for IM but Definitely doing some triathlon training, with a few openwater swims and long bike sessions....

Yes I've got an sj4000.... Great camera, only the angle bar that cam with broke (plastic) on around 40km/h and the camera fell on rocks but Dit not even stop recording. So I got myself an aluminium mount and all is great!

I train 2-3 times a day wich is a bit hectic but all I use is a good energy drink during practice and follow a healthy diet and drink lots of water throughout the rest of the day, that usually does it for me.... But after an intense race I would opt for High 5 protein shake mixed with Chocolate Sterri-Stumpi instead of normal milk (this shake help me recover in jo time)

Does anyone here know if the racing U16 batch (+ batch) need to ride with blocked gears or are all gear accepted?

It is not my first podium as my primary sport is triathlon and I podium there regularly, and on smaller cycling races but yeah I went to do that race because it is bigger race than I'm use to in the Free State and I would like to be "seen" at the bigger races.
