Thanks for all your comments, it was merely a question to find out if both races are possible 5 months apart. How technical is the Pioneer?

We have entered Cape Epic 2015 and was wondering if anyone has advice on whether we should do the Cape Pioneer in preparation for the Cape Epic? Is it too close to Epic or do you see it as a good training ride?
