Ok so now ive read the thread......some positive stories, i woke up this morning, chucked my bike in my car parked in the road nogal, never looked over my shoulder once to check if anyone was gonna mug me and my car was still there hadnt even been broken into.....rode about 40kays with a bunch,,not once having had any incidents with cars hooting or fluking us, as a matter of fact there is a bike lane most of the route.....really nice route, smell the ocean, watch the sunrise, all the good mushy things, life is good

Just to clear things up, all i mentioned was me having to "pay" for a bike box, which i spesifically asked the said salesperson for a cardboard one that you receive your bikes in? he confirmed, yes. I have no problem paying for a new box, it was only R95 anyway......but thats not what i asked for, just a misunderstanding i guess, seriously this wasnt meant to be a "Cyclelab bashing" so why everyone came on board with there gripes i dont know......i havent had problems with Cyclelab ever, and have also on an occasions been helped out above and beyond the call of duty by Mr Mc himself, with a late entry. So to Cyclelab,, thanks for what you do for cycling SA!

most probably free broken box....damaged with holes in it? Why most probably broken, if it was broken i wouldnt use it duh! Now that was a silly thing to say.....its really got nothing to do with not valuing my bike Carbon Freak

Not that i have a problem, with the shop in anyway but, Just popped in at Cycle Lab Fourways during lunch ......, as i am leaving the country i need a cardboard bike box to pack my bike, not a problem i thought, so i ask for one,.....no problem sir we do have one for you, that will be R95!!!! Gees, you import bikes in those,why the hell, would you charge a customer to take the cardboard box off you?!!!!Not right dude, just not right!!!

Just a bit of help, nice bike, but try and get a better groupset, looks like sora 8 spd, you will out grow it quickly, and when you want to upgrade, chances of selling the sora is zip.......some useful info, take it or leave it, other than that the actual frame and bike is sweeeet!!!!
