for starters every now and agian sit up and breath deep. that opens the chest. sitting on your drop or bent over for a while "cramps your style" so to say. your lung muscles need to be stretched aw well. remember the more O2 u take in the more your lungs and muscles need to stretch and expand, stop that from happening then u sit with a problem. go see a doctor to set your mind at easy and just check nothing is wrong. u have nothing to loose
