What are the distances for the 2 day option for Sprog age group?

I did my first Dullstroom race on Saturday. I found the route very boring. It was advertised as lots of single track through plantations and indigenous forests. I think we had about 2 km of single track only. 90% farm roads no forests or plantations. On positive is that there were no bottlenecks but this is because there was zero technical sections. All days start and end at Mankele. If you want to bring family they can also camp there in their own tents. It is really awesome ride, tough hills but the decents through the bush tunnels are out of this world. Best value for money stage race in my opinion. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Rode from hazeyview to kiepersol today with my son. 300m climb in 8 km.

I am a type 2 diabetic. I use 32gi endure. Drink a little every 20 min. If i feel sugar levels low on a ride then i will eat a few jelly babies.

For mtbing i would recommend the 510. It has smartphone connectivity for automatic syncing with the garmin site and live tracking of the ride. It also uses both Gps and Glonass. The main difference between 810 and 510 is that on 810 you can put on street maps I am not sure is steet maps are important for off road.

I did the cradle route yesterday. for me it was quiet clear that it is one way. if you are going the wrong way there are signs that say "no entry, turn around.
