Would also like to do some stage races as an individual entry, I train regularly but erratically, different times of the day, sometimes road sometimes MTB, so finding a partner is a nightmare. Also don't want to be a burden in a race or vice-versa.

Maybe someone can help, I have a Polar CS200, I am changing batterries every second day. When it is switched off it still sounds as if it's transmitting, and that is obviously why its chowing the batteries, why is it transmitting when it's off have i stuffed up a setting somewhere?

i have just sprayed my rims for my fixie, first clean and light sand, clean again with thinners, never primed, just used quick dry white duco for background then put a light dusting of pearlwhite, finally put about three coats of 2k clear on top. look sweet, hopefully have them have them laced up on monday.

okay rode it on the flattish around Brackendowns, it's a 10spd had it on the big front 3, 4 on the rear seemed to work. can work out the ratios 2morrow, see how close you are.
