Loic just too good. That guy knows how to deliver when it counts. But massively impressed with Maes today - this track didn’t play at all to his strengths (or at least those you would expect), what a beast. 0.2 seconds off taking the rainbow jersey away from the 2019 World Cup DH season..

I did read somewhere that they are limiting the the field to 80 riders this year so qualies are pretty important if you have a bad run or find your self near the bottom of that field..

Well he seems entirely convinced Maes can't get into the top ten but with the form he's in, I think that's a very real possibility. Even if the track isn't basically an EWS stage..
