I enjoy a smaller bike myself. I should be on a 56cm but I prefer 54cm but now have a 53cm

Thanks for help guys but I think I will go for the spinning bike as I tried a one last night and feel that its much more stable and the broader saddle is more comfortable. Maybe get a few Carmichael CD's and it will be like sitting in gym.......lol

maybe no difference in training the legs but I don't enjoy sitting on the bike with the trainer. Its very uncomfortable and I was thinking maybe a spinning bike more comfy????

The thing is I have a indoor trainer but I dont enjoy it at all so I am considering buying a spinning bike but not 100% sure yet.

What is better spinning bike or IDT? When I say better I actually mean more comfortable.
