Hi Natasha, glad to see you have posted about the issues you had on the race. I wanted to start a thread about the problems regarding the race. The race was really badly organized. They can't pull the marshals off the route and decide to cancel the race whilst there are guys out there on the route. Some of the guys got lost and sat in the rain and storm water tunnels for hours and waited for a sweep up vehicle. Family members of these guys that was stuck out there had to go look for them. And then these guys did not get a medal or nothing it was not their fault that the organizers decided to cancel the race whilst they were halfway through the race. Luckily I decide not to go do the race....

I would also like info on this as there a lot of commuters, gardeners, tilers, builders etc. on bikes that you can see can't afford a bike like a R15 000 + bike. Then you get the odd gardener or two riding some very nice bike. But he can jut say "arggg my boss gave me this bike....." What could be done about these guys riding these expensive bikes. I wanted to start taking photos of these okes and post it here. Maybe it will help someone find there stolen bike.

There was other people more dangerous on bikes than a GoPro on my chest. I had both my bar clamp and chesty and the bar clamp had a stripped bolt.
