Yes so it makes 100% sense for the CTCT to blame the weather and not give the protesters even a mention. If you even just give a small mention that the protests could have been the reason you giving the protesters exactly what they where trying to archive and goodbye all future events.

Just add some reflective tape to your bike, little dots on your rims or on your back and front of bike. Manufacturers should make part of there logos in reflective, the colour spectrum of reflective vinyl is quit extensive.

Hi All What is the best to wear as a base layer under cycling top for winter cycling. I sweet a lot, normally end up with a soaked top on the climbs and then cold on the down hill section followed by 2 weeks off with a chest cold. any advice.
