I don't think it is a question of disagreeing or complaining about the laws. I think it is more a frustration with the law abiding citizens trying to obey the laws and other people just finding ways around it... The concept is awesome, and if it takes all the scrappy cars of the road, it will be awesome. It just has to be enforced and enforced properly...

This is one of those ideas that look wonderful on paper... If it is not implemented properly, it will only lead to headaches for the normal aw-abiding citizens...
