Dobby like some of these fellow hubbers say its all part of becoming stronger better and faster. Since I have started training with the sronger groups in my area my seeding index dropped which means the lower your index the better your starting position. You will benefit all the way. Like the Nike ad says..Just do it Enjoy

Hi Harry1 I really feel for you.Cycling is an expensive sport and the last thing you need is problems with the frame.Service and quality has deteriorated over the past decade because of mass production. No one takes pride any more. The faster a product can get of the production line the faster they can build the next batch.Keep on nagging them until you are satisfied with an answer.Specialized is a brand that sells it self.The after hour service in your case sucks big time.Try and speak to someone high up in the ranks.Once the seller has its money they dont care what happens afterwards. Hope you come back with good news in a month or so.
