What's your power needs ? Training wise ? Before you choose , rethink your requirements ? Indoor VS Outdoor. I got power meter but a smart trainer makes me stronger, I hardly race with my power meter and only use it when pacing up a climb. So my choice to get a power meter first was not smart, as I wanted to get stronger. Not blessed with much outdoor time in the week and come weekend its mainly Z2/3 rides.

My reply FOCUS Yeah pace only got hot 7km to go so the majority still had fresh legs .... that's what they thought 100 odd bunch turned quickly to 30 in the last 2km...

Pace was lekker frisky the last 7km, very enjoyable. dodged all four incidents, pure fatigue catching up to the guys yet they still insist. don't get me wrong perseverance is key but responsibility is your biggest denominator. I had legs for the sprint , but what was witnessed all I could think of is my family at the finish line. what gets me is this is a fun ride ...how do you have fun like that ? why risk it ? what bonus is at the finish line ? do you get paid to ride like that ? I just hope all is okay that was involved.
