I'll be there agan next year. Last one I did was a bad experience. Two days after the race i was diagnosed with "pampoentjies". I will not recommend anybody to try doing it if you are not 100% healthy.

I looked at one of these over the weekend. Also have a carbon frame. It looked a bit flimsy. Is it worth getting one?

The graspolle was not fun at all... Will only considering doing it again on a dual suspension. Really did not enjoy the last section where the route join up with the 30km. Cant pass them because of the back markers coming head on. Nearly took out a lady around a corner.
