Could also join medihelp multisport club. R250 join and eith that you get a bag an club shirt. Medihelp events are free and so a colorrun. They cover quite a few races and setup gazebos at events with free drinks. Best of all you dont need to be a medihelp member

Anyone had a lump in their ischial area? The last 3 months i've been struggling with a sore butt. Especially going down to sit or when standing up. It felt like my right sitting bone was longer than the left. Havent been riding the last month and today I noticed a lump in that area about the size of an egg. Going to the gp tomorrow. Any one had the same? What was the treatment etc. Recommendations? Any good specialist in Centurion or Pta area that knows about cycling related problems?

Sounds like fun. Did a trip in the Free state once. We only did around 100km each day. Stretch from Heilbron to clocalan is quite hilly so plan for that aswell, I would rather just go till clarens. There is a oversees website, where people register and offer housing to people who travel with bikes and there is housing on there for South Africa aswell. I put a tribar on my bike and strapped my sleeping bag and clothing ontop and beneath it.

SB knew it was a CWC as I told it to them and as stated on my invoice from CWC. SB checked beforehand if they could do replacement and there were no problems. I think some lbs just doesn't want to go through all the hassles of doing a CRP. Thanks again to Southbay for going the extra mile

I bought a Rudy Helmet from CWC in December when I was on holiday in the Cape. 2 months later I had a nasty accident and my helmut was ruined. I went to my LBS "SouthBay Cycles " in Centurion and they replaced it for me at the 35%. No Problem. Thanks SouthBay

Hello All I had MTB accident while driving next to the road. There was a huge ditch (which you cant see until you are about to ride into it) and its about half a meter deep. I pulled on the brakes at 35km/h, went over the handle bars and head first into the hole. I broke 3 ribs and had to be hospitalized for 4 days of which 3 days was in high care, because i hurt my lungs and there were fluid in them. Needles to say my helmut and clothes are ruined. Dont know what the damage on the bike is yet, just know the sadle is bent and there is scratch marks all over. Just want to know if I can claim and what I need to do Thank you
