  1. Check out maps.me The app has a lot of info on routes and places to stay for just about any kind of trip
  2. Seattle Coffee Linksfield. Great coffee and a really good relationship with cyclists. Winner!
  3. I've been using the fast track grid for about 3 months now and I've had about 6 punctures on it already, sometimes thorns and sometimes glass on the road and sometimes i have no idea the cause. Interested in trying vittoria saguaro next. just some food for thought
  4. When you can wake up at 5am for a quick morning ride, but struggle to wake up at 7am for work...
  5. Bought a pair of MTB shoes from them in March. Great shoes, great service, would definitely recommend them
  6. Dusi2C. Awesome vibe, awesome route and great fun
  7. This. Been running a Ground Control 2.3 Grid front and Fast Track 2.1 Grid rear for almost a month and I'm loving them. Plenty of grip and rolls well

  9. Hey guys. There's probably an answer for this question somewhere on here but i don't really feel like going through the last 20 pages or so to find it, so here goes... What combo is better in terms of longevity, reliability and grip? Vittoria Barzo 29x2.25 / Saguaro 29x2.2 OR Onza Ibex 29x2.25 / Canis 29x2.25 Currently running Conti X-king 2.2 but they're just about worn through Thanks
  10. Thanks guys. It was a question purely out of curiosity. I agree about keeping it QR though, that's good enough for me
  11. Hi All. I'm thinking of converting my Santa Cruz Tallboy to thru axle at the back. it is currently quick release. Is there a conversion kit that you have to buy and where do you get it? Thanks, Alex
  12. My Anthem cracked in exactly the same place. i had it welded twice because it continued to crack. i think i went two weeks between each crack after welding it the first time. If you are going to try have it welded, make sure the guy welds bike frames regularly and knows what he is doing. eventually i got another frame, also an anthem, which held up fine until i got my new bike, a santa cruz tallboy
  13. the jump is huge and incredibly annoying. nothing i do seems to make a difference. need to get that 16 tooth.
  14. your time starts when the chip in your SAS number board is scanned by the sensor that you have to pass under when you start the race. if you're in A batch you can start in batch B,C or D and your time will start when you do. just note: if you're seeded in batch B,C or D don't start with the batch ahead of you or you'll get a DNF. that's my personal experience
