Does anyone know if there is a place that does helicoil in Cape Town? Unfortunately my LBS have stripped the threads on the bolt that mounts the rear shock onto the rear triangle.

Do your levers also take time to push back out after you have pulled them. No quiet sure how to explain that so I'm hoping you get what I mean.
