Okay right if the track says DH above it. . . Such as DH 3 at tokai, don't stop and talk to your friends in the middle of the track. Make sure you jump and dive to the side if you see someone coming down and your going up.

Whats the difference between a BMX spoke nipple and a normal MTB spoke nipple?

Yes he got the kit. It was the agreement they had with the foresters as they didn't want people jump across the road while they hauling logs and sh*t

Was a little bit greasy in places but mostly dry. Bleak part is is that the road gaps are coming down.

Cap we really don't mind you can let the lights on Sat go out for about 6 hours or so. Just get out and ride dude! Your bike is like older than me and still looks new!

But this is a special Sat is a Sat that everyone goes screw work I'm going riding! We going to be there from around 11:00 till 16:00 even later maybe. Haha Jason and I were discussing before the race weekend on what times we should get to jonkers and he said around 1 as people will get tired so the shuttles will become empty.
