Hi all... Could anyone perhaps offer some advice or a refferal to a company that could freight a boxed bike to Europe at a reasonable rate. I have tried aramex, FedEx and MSC, the latter being the cheapest at R16900 which is way beyond reasonable and affordable at this time. TIA. Natheem

Olympic cycles had stock, of those adapters. Otherwise you can order from them. Think it was cane or hope. Clint at the Bike Park did mine, Vertex 29, I'm no fantastical rider, so can't complain. I think it about 5mm overall lift as the fork goes deeper into the cup.
