I just recieved a quote from Cajees for a hanger for my Scott Genius 2009 - R 595.00! When I asked why so expensive they said it's discontinued - they sold me the bike 3 months ago... That's just MAD!
Rode there loads as a kid on my bmx and later on Mtn bk. Would be great if it reopens and is safe for MTN biking. There are (used to be) loads of single tracks next to the moreleta spruit thanks to our single track makers out there doing a great job without even knowing it

Anyone know anything about rides at Rietvlei dam?? I noticed a cycle sign there while driving past much the same as the ones used in Groenkloof to mark the single tracks.
This is true but after 3 times around the same track at groenkloof it gets a bit boring. I've been out at smuts a lot without problems but I know it can be dodgy. I ride different routes at different times if possible...
