I would've preferred to go to Bodo with a 3-0 scoreline. But, I'm sure the lads will be okay. An "advantage" may also come from Ange having taken Celtic there, on their way you being knocked out. ManU were excellent in Bilbao tonight. Well done. As a side note... If Spurs and ManU do meet in the final, it will be the 4th meeting this season and let's hope we can make it 4-0. COYS

Both games. Me thinks. I'm finding it strange that ManU are in 14th, still in the Europa League semifinal, and there's not much about how poor their season has been... Of course Spurs are 2 points and 2 places lower, and also in the Europa semis, but firmly in the limelight... COYS 💪🏽

Phew!!! Had to catch my breath there. What a first half that was! Barca vs Inter... I don't suppose 2nd half will be half as frenetic. Barca should have at least 4 by now... Inter on the backfoot, not necessarily a bad thing. Marcus Thuram with a left backheel to score after 29 seconds! Inter ho 2-0 with some brilliant play, after being under the whip by Barca. Lamine Yamal is making Dimarco look silly. Also youngest goalscorer in CL semis - previously Kylian Mbappe. Raphinha becomes the 1st player to reach 20 goal involvements in a single CL season. Phenomenal. Ready! Set! 2nd half underway.... It's 2-2 FFS! Inter score after 64mins; Barca equalise 2mins later! Woah! I can't see this game ending 3-3. Dumfries is the 1st Dutch player to score both score and assist in a semi of CL since Wesley Schneider - also for Inter against Barca. Mkhitharyan had a goal ruled out for offside. Unlucky. Yamal stuck the underside of the crossbar. I can't believe this ended 3-3. All to play for.

The free kicks and yellow cards is also something that Premier League clubs get away in England, and then struggle to adapt to the way the game is ref'd in European competition. We see this in the National team matches as well.

I'd still give them a chance though... much as I hate to say that.

Yeah well.... no points for that is there.... But I agree. And that's why my message earlier today was hoping Ange would make a game of it, and use his first option side to get some rhythm and familiarity into their tanks before Thursday. I also think he missed the opportunity to get players out of thinking that it's okay to lose!

No surprise... Just looking at the starting lineup, I lost interest and removed my shirt because I could see the inevitable... However, it's public knowledge that Spurs had nothing to lose

No English football club has won 3 successive promotions until now. Wrexham own the record.

Having watched Bacelona vs Real Madrid last night, what an epic match!! Now, I'd like to think that Ange Postecoglou would put out his strongest side today. I also hope the Spurs players watched the match last night, and begin to wonder... why the hell do clubs in England complain about player exhaustion, when Barcelon players can it. Barca have a Champs League semi final first leg in 4 days time, and yet they played their strongest side and still went to extra time!!! Thats commitment right there! COYS 💪🏽

Whoop! Whoop! Tottenham Hotspur have been ranked as the Most Exciting/Least Boring team to watch in 2024/25 season of the 92 English Football clubs.... This is according to an analysis undertaken by Daily Mail.... 🤣 Fill that trophy cabinet boys... COYS 🤣

Was thinking the same thing. Is this showing the reality that big clubs have more politics for managers to control? I mean, they have structures that put control onto many other desks, instead of the manager, probably. This is in reference to the Fergie-era style of management. Because clearly, even a half-decent choir-master should be able to get a tune out of that lot. Is this maybe what Jose Mourinho had issue with....? For sure, Conte in his Spurs meltdown highlighted club mentality, player mentality and politics as his big issues.

The strange thing is, this scenario was foreseen as a likelihood about a month ago... and we'll, it has come to pass... Would've been a big game, if only Spurs didn't have the first game of the semifinal four days later. I know there will be Arsenal supporters looking at this match and recalling last seasons debacle against ManC... but the difference here is that Spurs genuinely have nothing to play for in the league, and all to play for in the Europa League.

I think ManU should keep Amorim, and like their supporters believe, support him in the transfer window and let him have a pres-season with the team, then give him 3 months... rinse and repeat! 🤣🤣🤣 Remember, there are teams such as Spurs who rely on ManU for at least 6 points a season.... 🤣🤣🤣

Big big win for Spurs in Germany. That's a place in the Europa Cup semifinal. COYS It's hard to believe that Spurs actually won this match on a solid defensive performance... where did that come from....? SMH

Congratulations to Arsenal on eventuality (16 years later) reaching the semi final stage of the Champions League. Arsenal are definitely in with a shout this season, as the other semifinalists are definitely beatable on Arsenal's current Champions League form.

More than RM being poor, I think Arsenal were fantastic in their game strategy. They killed RM!! And I think think Harry Kane will be in tears.... he is used to this! Hahahaaa
