No English football club has won 3 successive promotions until now. Wrexham own the record.

Having watched Bacelona vs Real Madrid last night, what an epic match!! Now, I'd like to think that Ange Postecoglou would put out his strongest side today. I also hope the Spurs players watched the match last night, and begin to wonder... why the hell do clubs in England complain about player exhaustion, when Barcelon players can it. Barca have a Champs League semi final first leg in 4 days time, and yet they played their strongest side and still went to extra time!!! Thats commitment right there! COYS 💪🏽

Well done to Palace for dismantling Villa. There's something about this Oliver Glasner guy.... 😍

Whoop! Whoop! Tottenham Hotspur have been ranked as the Most Exciting/Least Boring team to watch in 2024/25 season of the 92 English Football clubs.... This is according to an analysis undertaken by Daily Mail.... 🤣 Fill that trophy cabinet boys... COYS 🤣

Was thinking the same thing. Is this showing the reality that big clubs have more politics for managers to control? I mean, they have structures that put control onto many other desks, instead of the manager, probably. This is in reference to the Fergie-era style of management. Because clearly, even a half-decent choir-master should be able to get a tune out of that lot. Is this maybe what Jose Mourinho had issue with....? For sure, Conte in his Spurs meltdown highlighted club mentality, player mentality and politics as his big issues.

Meanwhile, Leeds and Burnley have confirmed the spots in the Premier League next season. Congratulations to both.

The strange thing is, this scenario was foreseen as a likelihood about a month ago... and we'll, it has come to pass... Would've been a big game, if only Spurs didn't have the first game of the semifinal four days later. I know there will be Arsenal supporters looking at this match and recalling last seasons debacle against ManC... but the difference here is that Spurs genuinely have nothing to play for in the league, and all to play for in the Europa League.

I think ManU should keep Amorim, and like their supporters believe, support him in the transfer window and let him have a pres-season with the team, then give him 3 months... rinse and repeat! 🤣🤣🤣 Remember, there are teams such as Spurs who rely on ManU for at least 6 points a season.... 🤣🤣🤣

Big big win for Spurs in Germany. That's a place in the Europa Cup semifinal. COYS It's hard to believe that Spurs actually won this match on a solid defensive performance... where did that come from....? SMH

Congratulations to Arsenal on eventuality (16 years later) reaching the semi final stage of the Champions League. Arsenal are definitely in with a shout this season, as the other semifinalists are definitely beatable on Arsenal's current Champions League form.

More than RM being poor, I think Arsenal were fantastic in their game strategy. They killed RM!! And I think think Harry Kane will be in tears.... he is used to this! Hahahaaa

I hardly think it's fair to pick out the manager, when individual player errors were the reason for all four goals. I'm seeing the glass half full... at least they are still in with a chance in the 2nd leg of the Europa League quarters. Spurs should by all accounts, have won the 1st leg match. Now they have it all to do. COYS

I can still remember, being slightly older than he is, about 16yo... when I watched Peter Withe score the only goal for Aston Villa vs Bayern Munich, against the odds. Lol, at the time I was a Spurs and Villa fan - although, I still think that I chose the better team, lol... I remember Villa having Tony Morely (who set up, aka assisted the goal), Nigel Spink was their replacement keeper coming on for their first choice goalie after he was injured in the match. They also had Bremner and Mortimer. That was pretty much my first European Cup Final that I watched with intent. Previous matches that I had watched was mainly part of coaching. And that was more than 40years ago.... 😎

Mourinho is despicable!!! I'm grateful that the sport doesn't have any others who are as bad as he is. He needs a 7-year ban!

It seems Atletico Madrid think the match will be won by the team with the most yellow cards.... while Barca look as if they are playing to score goals... Hhhhhmmmm.... A very strange Copa Del Rey Semi Final if you ask me.

  25. The disqualifications raise many questions.... Apparently, of the 6 cars tested by the FIA for skid plank wear, #44 was not one of the 6 cars.... So how/when was the car tested and found to be irregular? And what about the other 13 cars....? Anyway, I don't recall much to be excited about in terms of racing in Shanghai. Let's hope Suzuka lights up the racing.
