Even a Spurs win is hardly good for the ticker of an old Spurs fan. To be fair, while Frazer Forster may have been ManU player of the match, he also made some really important saves. Some trivia... In 1998/9 season where ManU won the TREBLE, this was the only cup they did not win. That season, Spurs knocked ManU out in the quarter final round, and lo & behold, went on to win the EFL CUP.

Of course the manager does come under pressure unfortunately, sometimes. But, I believe the coaching system/staff should be taking a long hard look at themselves. The game today is tactical - why then doesn't it show on the field... Poor set piece performance can be coached, but it still doesn't show/improve. Hard for me to believe its the players. If the manager doesn't improve his coaching system, then that's when he comes under pressure. Change the coaching = Change the tactical aptitude! Simple
