Above you can see the ratings, might just not be shown on the page, but the aggregation seems to exclude the worstRating, Similar below: Reviews are clearly not deleted, but as example, the reason for the low rating is not because of the product. My conclusion is the data is there, but their external party widget can/could hide it while being reviewed.

@CIOVITA can maybe shed some light, lots of assumptions here.

There is a thing called review moderation, it checks if the review is applicable to the product, the business, the delivery, the exchange rate, or just not applicable. These also filter out any inappropriate content, so it could be your review qualified to be moderated first by matching the above criteria, you will need to speak to their ML team though.
