Sounds awesome! and lame at the same time. Capricorn, I do believe that most shocks now come with an adjustment called Rebound, basicly what it does is slows down the speed at which the shock returns from compression to its rest position. its quite helpfull in many cases.

And I actualy want a 550lbs, I was riding around with my rear in 6' mode and its sooo much nicer to chuck around now! much less bobbing aswel = more control and speed on smooth surfaces

Daniel, thats far too weak for you, you need at least 450 or more, im 64 and I ride with 450 and I dont bottom out on anything with +-35% sag. Get a new coil

Hey everyone, Im trying to remove my Truvative Ruktion crank (howitzer interface). so far ive just managed to undo the little allen-key screw cap, that goes on the side. Please could someone explian how to remove the crank arm off the BB, I cannot fiqure it out at all. I have the park tool BB cup spanner and allen keys and a hammer.....please help!
